To know Him...

In John 17:3 Jesus defined eternal life as knowing God. Since becoming a Christian in my mid-twenties, this verse has become the center-piece of my theology. Because of this, I've been gripped with these two things: to know Jesus, and make Him known. His personal prayerful desire is that we would be with Him (John 17:24). This being the case, my ministry is first to Him--that I would be with Him. Secondarily, my ministry compulsion is how can I - for His sake - get you nearer to Him? These resources are a curation of my journey doing exactly that, so you may also have eternal life in its truest sense. There is nothing in life like a clean conscience before God. And no matter who you are, you can be washed in the blood and water of Christ, to know Him.

Meet David Lee

In this order: Christian, Husband, Father, Pastor, Musician, Author, YouTube Dood. 

My vision for my life is that I would be old and in love. I don't want to become dull - or worse - bitter. I want to keep the flame of love burning on my heart for Jesus, my wife, my sons, my friends, and my land. I want to finish well. Since beginning to know Jesus at 26, my life has been committed to becoming one with Him and His Church. I've been graced to be in ministry for over a decade, and a full-time pastor/house of prayer director since 2014. After falling in love with Jesus and becoming addicted to His beauty, 2 things have become tremendously reasonable: unceasing prayer & adoration, and sharing my faith publicly with joy. These have became natural and easy due to the overshadowing beauty of Jesus overtaking my introverted fears. I've been many things in my life: carpenter, military policeman, manager, administrator, abuser, liar, cheater, thief, addict...But Thanks be to God, Christ has set me free from this body of death!
